Refunds Policy

We operate a strict no-refund, no-return policy, except where a refund is mandated under applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

No Voluntary Returns or Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Size or fit issues

• Color or style preference

• Delays caused by courier partners

• Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen differences

Please review product descriptions and sizing details carefully before placing an order.

Legally Mandated Refunds (India)

A refund will be issued only if required by Indian law, such as in the following cases:

• The product delivered is materially different from what was advertised

• The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery

• The product is not delivered due to reasons attributable to us

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by law

Proof Requirement

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if sufficient proof is not provided or if the claim does not meet the criteria under Indian consumer law.
